At this prestigious WETEX event, ZWINSOFT will be showcasing its innovative prowess by exhibiting a range of self-developed, high-end scientific instruments for the first time. These include instruments for measuring five water quality parameters, a full-spectrum, all-in-one water quality machine, as well as devices for monitoring pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and air quality, including PM2.5, PM10, and TSP sensors. 我國作為用水大國，在水環(huán)境方面面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)，目前正面臨水體污染，水資源短缺和洪澇災(zāi)害等多方面的壓力，三者之間互相影響，水體污染加劇了水資源短缺，水體的生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷惡化促使了洪澇等自然災(zāi)害的頻發(fā)。這其中，河流的污染主要以有機(jī)污染為主，主要污染物是氨氮、揮發(fā)酶等，主要污染指標(biāo)則為化學(xué)需氧量，五日生化需氧量和高猛酸鹽指數(shù)，而湖泊則以富營養(yǎng)化為特征。

造成我國水污染問題嚴(yán)重的原因眾多，但是其中很重要的一個(gè)為國家政策導(dǎo)向的偏差。長期以來，我國的政策中心都是經(jīng)濟(jì)，國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展注重經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度，主要產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量，城鎮(zhèn)居民收入增長等指標(biāo)，但是與之對(duì)應(yīng)的環(huán)境代價(jià)和資源消耗卻沒有納入經(jīng)濟(jì)核算體系。時(shí)至今日，城市的污水處理，垃圾處理等項(xiàng)目依然作為“非生產(chǎn)性福利事業(yè)”，由于政府大包大攬，且盈利能力較差拖累政府財(cái)政，導(dǎo)致政府也不堪重負(fù)，甚至建好的處理設(shè)施也因?yàn)榻?jīng)費(fèi)問題難以正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，更不要說更新?lián)Q代，因此難以獲得更好的污染處理能力和盈利機(jī)會(huì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)良性循環(huán)。同時(shí)，地方又因?yàn)檫^分注重經(jīng)濟(jì)，導(dǎo)致很多政策本身有悖于環(huán)境保護(hù)，各類中小企業(yè)自身也沒有進(jìn)行污染處理的能力，布局分散，規(guī)模過小難以形成集群，生產(chǎn)工藝落后，也加劇了環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞。
